Terms of Service
The terms for using HealthBridge’s website, educational content and contact services.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to HealthBridge at getbridge.us and its related pages. “HealthBridge,” “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this website. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@getbridge.us. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
2. What HealthBridge provides
HealthBridge provides general educational information about health coverage and may provide preliminary campaign screening tools. We are an independent website, not a government agency, an insurance carrier or an official Marketplace. We do not issue insurance policies, make medical decisions, reserve government funds or determine official benefit eligibility.
3. Educational information and professional advice
Articles, definitions, examples and screening results are general information. They are not personalized medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Rules and plan terms can change. Confirm requirements with the official Marketplace, insurer, program administrator or a qualified professional before acting.
4. Screening results and benefit amounts
A preliminary screen considers only the information and criteria presented in that screen. Campaign screening criteria are not the same as official Marketplace or insurer eligibility requirements. Passing a screen does not guarantee enrollment, approval, a particular plan, a dollar amount or a payment. Any displayed maximum is conditional, not a promise of funds. A health coverage subsidy may reduce insurance costs rather than provide cash.
5. Third-party services
Official-source links and any third-party provider services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to a resource does not imply affiliation, endorsement or control. Before sharing sensitive documents, verify the identity of the organization receiving them.
6. Your use of the website
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when communicating with us. Do not impersonate another person, send malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, harvest personal information or use the contact form for spam. You are responsible for decisions based on your own circumstances.
7. Contact messages
Use the contact form for general website questions, feedback, article corrections, privacy requests and accessibility concerns. Do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or passwords. A contact message does not create an insurance policy, professional-client relationship or enrollment application. Refer to our Privacy Policy for how messages are handled.
8. Content and intellectual property
HealthBridge’s original text, design and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may read and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial use. Do not reproduce the site in a way that misrepresents affiliation or removes important qualifications. Official resources and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep content clear and useful, but information may contain errors or become outdated. The website is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or suitability for your particular situation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Limitations and your legal rights
To the extent allowed by applicable law, HealthBridge is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general educational content, third-party services or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website changes. The updated date identifies the current version. Material changes to how personal information is handled will also be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
12. Questions and corrections
Contact support@getbridge.us about these terms, a content correction or a concern about the website. Please identify the relevant page and the issue so we can review it.
