The details

Accessibility

We want HealthBridge to be understandable and usable for more people.

Updated October 6, 2026

Our approach

We use readable layouts, descriptive labels, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus indicators and reduced-motion support. Public articles are available as text, and the monthly income control also supports direct number entry. We do not claim independent certification or perfect compatibility with every assistive technology.

How to browse

The site includes a skip-to-content link. Standard keyboard navigation can move between links and controls. The FAQ uses expandable text sections. Browser text-size and zoom controls can help you adjust the display.

If something gets in the way

Tell us which page or feature caused a problem and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser or assistive technology you use. Contact support@getbridge.us or choose “Accessibility request” in the contact form. You do not need to disclose a medical condition.

External websites

Linked websites are operated by other organizations and may follow different accessibility practices. Contact the relevant provider if an external resource is inaccessible.
